The Tabi Variety is one of the most complex developments that Cenicafé has made. Mixing Typica, Borbon and Timor, making a hybrid variety, one of the best cups that today we have in Colombia, resistant to rust.
This Tabi planted in the farm La Costa, was designed to offer quality in cup. It is planted at 2 mts x 2 mts distance between sticks, this guarantees its quality of nutrition and the capture of solar radiation for the highest quality potential.
Its profile is very fruity and the way it is processed potentiates these notes of berries and intense chocolate further. The soils of southwest Antioquia intensify the acidity of the variety, the spicy notes and prolonged aftertaste.
