In practice, today:
- Prices on the list are per pound and can move with the market and with arrivals. What you are quoted when you book is what holds.
- Availability shown is what is in the warehouse at that moment. Spot coffee sells, so an order is confirmed when we confirm it.
- Payment terms, freight and pick-up are agreed with your rep before anything ships.
- If a lot arrives and it is not what you cupped, tell us. That conversation is the point of working with an importer who knows the producer.
